Cabal App Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates the Schengen Companion mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

• Trip Data: Your trip records (destinations and dates) are stored locally on your device only. We do not automatically transmit, collect, or have access to this data.
• Preferences: Your notification preferences and app settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms.
• Optional Feedback: If you choose to submit feedback from the Settings screen, we receive the message you write together with limited technical metadata needed to review it, such as locale, app version, build number, platform, and submission time.
• No Account Required: The App does not require registration or login to function.

How Feedback Is Handled

Feedback submission is optional. When you send feedback, the content is transmitted over HTTPS to our self-hosted automation endpoint and delivered to our support workflow in Telegram so we can review it. We do not automatically attach your trip history to feedback submissions.

If you include personal information in the message body, we will process that information only as part of handling your support request or product feedback.

Data Storage

Your trip data and preferences remain on your device. Optional feedback submissions may be stored in our support tooling for as long as reasonably necessary to review the message, improve the App, and maintain support records.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs or analytics trackers. Optional feedback submissions are delivered through Telegram as part of our support workflow.

Cookies & Tracking

The App does not use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies inside the mobile application.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through feedback, contact us and we will review the request.

Data Security

Trip data remains on-device and benefits from iOS sandboxing and device security protections. Optional feedback submissions are transmitted securely over HTTPS to our systems.

Your Rights

You can delete all locally stored app data at any time by removing the App from your device or using the "Clear All Trips" option within the App. If you want a previously submitted feedback message reviewed or removed from our support records, contact us at the address below and include enough detail for us to locate it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
